Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the method selected at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $8.00

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 (3–5 Business Days)

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volume

Aztlan is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Aztlan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
